The name says it — Zindagi, life itself, is sometimes exactly this tangy. Our lemon drizzle cake doesn't hedge on the sourness. Fresh lemon zest goes into the batter, and the moment the sponge comes out of the oven, it's soaked in a sharp lemon syrup that seeps all the way through, keeping the crumb properly moist for days.
It's a lighter, less rich alternative to our chocolate and cream cakes — no heavy frosting, just a thin lemon glaze on top that cracks slightly when you cut into it. 100% eggless, Jain-friendly, made with real lemon juice and zest, never essence.
