These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wohwali.com and any order placed with Woh Wali Bakery, whether through our website, WhatsApp, or phone. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Woh Wali Bakery is a 100% eggless bakery operating from Sector C1, H.No.11, Treasure Fantasy Township, Rau Rangwasa Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 453331, India, serving Indore and surrounding localities since 2015.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order — via website, WhatsApp, or call — constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
• Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or call once we have verified availability, delivery feasibility, and payment.
• Custom and design cakes require a minimum lead time of 24 hours; same-day or midnight delivery is subject to slot availability and may carry an additional charge.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the requested address.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, GPay, PhonePe, and other methods listed at checkout or shared via WhatsApp.
• Prices, weights, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation is final for that order.
• Custom cakes and bulk/corporate orders may require advance payment or a deposit, communicated at the time of order.

4. Delivery

• We deliver across Indore, including Vijay Nagar, Palasia, Rau, AB Road, and Scheme 54, among other areas. Delivery availability to a specific address is confirmed at the time of order.
• Free delivery applies to orders above ₹599 within our standard service area; orders below this threshold or outside the standard area may incur a delivery fee.
• Delivery time slots are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reachable at the contact number provided. Re-delivery due to recipient unavailability may incur additional charges.

5. Customisation & Product Representation

Photos of cakes and products on our website and social media are representative. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, design, decoration, and size are normal and do not constitute a defect. We make reasonable efforts to match custom design requests but cannot guarantee an exact replica of a reference image.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, photos, recipes, and design — is the property of Woh Wali Bakery unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false order information, or use our ordering channels for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woh Wali Bakery's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment of an event due to delivery delay, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order will govern that order. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
