Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are freshly baked, perishable, and often customised, our refund and cancellation rules differ slightly from non-food retail. This Policy explains when you can cancel, when a refund applies, and how to report an issue with your order.

1. Order Cancellations

When you cancelRefund / Outcome
More than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup slotFull refund, or order rescheduled at no extra cost
Within 24 hours of a standard item (non-custom)50% refund — baking preparation may already be underway
Within 24 hours of a custom/design cake orderNon-refundable once design/production has started, as ingredients and decoration are prepared specifically for your order
After the order has been dispatched for deliveryCannot be cancelled

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 82697 92929 or email wohwalibakery@gmail.com with your order number, as early as possible.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Spoiled Orders

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have reason to believe it is spoiled or unsafe to consume:

3. Change of Mind

4. Delayed Delivery

5. Allergic Reactions & Undisclosed Allergies

Refunds or compensation related to allergic reactions can only be considered if you informed us in writing of the specific allergy or dietary restriction before placing the order. We are not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies, as detailed in our Terms of Service.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

7. Bulk, Wedding & Corporate Orders

Bulk orders (50+ units), wedding cakes, and corporate gifting orders typically require an advance deposit, which is non-refundable beyond 7 days before the event date due to ingredient procurement and production scheduling. Specific cancellation terms for such orders will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking and will take precedence over the general timelines above.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The policy in force at the time you place an order governs that order.
