About This Ishq Strawberry Cream Cake
Some cakes are heavy. The Ishq is light as a feeling. Two layers of our airy eggless vanilla sponge are filled with silky diplomat cream — a French-style cream that's lighter than buttercream, more structured than whipped cream — and generous slices of fresh, seasonal strawberries. The exterior is frosted smooth, then finished with hand-piped cream rosettes and crowned with whole strawberries.
It looks like a celebration and tastes like one. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, or any Tuesday that deserves to be better. The sweetness is deliberately restrained — the strawberries and the cream do the work.
