About This Subah Wali Butter Croissant
The Subah Wali Croissant started as a challenge: can you make a genuinely flaky, genuinely laminated, genuinely delicious croissant without eggs? After six months of testing, the answer is yes — and Indore agrees, loudly.
We cold-ferment the dough for 72 hours and hand-laminate it with a premium French-style butter block to create 27 alternating layers. The result: a golden outer crust that shatters when you bite it, and a honeycomb interior that pulls apart in long, steaming strips. It's baked between 6 and 8 AM every morning and is best eaten warm. No preservatives mean today's batch is today's batch — order by 9 PM the night before.

Yes. We use an egg-free laminated dough with French-style butter for lamination. No eggs in the dough, the lamination, or the glaze.
When is it baked and when do I need to order?
Croissants are baked fresh every morning between 6 AM and 8 AM. Order by 9 PM the night before for morning delivery. Best eaten the same day — the crunch is at its peak when fresh.
