About This Methi Parmesan Pull-Apart
Pull-apart bread is a great format for a savoury Indian herb — fresh methi leaves are folded into the dough and between the layers, so every torn piece has that slightly bitter, distinctive fenugreek flavour running through it. We balance it against imported parmesan for a salty, umami edge, and brush garlic butter between every layer before baking.
It comes out of the oven pulling apart in soft, buttery, herb-flecked pieces — great as a side for soup or dal, or just eaten on its own while it's still warm.
What's inside:
- Eggless enriched dough, layered
- Fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves
- Imported parmesan, generous
- Garlic butter, brushed between layers
- No preservatives, best warm
What Indore is Saying
"Never thought I'd want methi in a bread, but the bitterness works really well against the parmesan and garlic butter. Great alongside soup on a cold evening."
"Served this as a starter bread and it was gone before the main course arrived. The garlic butter layers make it properly indulgent — everyone asked for the recipe."
