About This Saffron White Chocolate Fudge
White chocolate fudge infused with real saffron strands (bloomed in warm cream before mixing in, not just sprinkled on top) and a touch of cardamom, cut into thick, dense squares. The saffron isn't subtle here — we use enough that the fragrance and pale golden colour come through clearly, closer to a Mughlai-inspired mithai than a Western fudge.
Dense and rich by design, so a couple of pieces go a long way — best paired with chai in the evening.
